If your return flight (plane or boat) is canceled and you are unable to return to the island, we will provide you with a "discount compensation" for the cost of your extended stay .

Precautions
Please be aware that we cannot be held responsible for any theft, injuries, or accidents that occur within the facility.
If any fixtures, equipment or facilities are damaged, we will charge you for repair costs and compensation.
As the area is surrounded by forests, open flames are strictly prohibited. Fireworks are strictly prohibited, but handheld fireworks are permitted.

Cancellation Policy
Please note that a cancellation fee will be charged if you cancel your reservation.
〇The cancellation policy is as follows:
・7 days before: 50% of the accommodation fee
・On the day, the day before: 100% of the accommodation fee
・No-show/non-arrival without notice: 100% of accommodation fee
☆There will be no cancellation fee if you do not arrive due to a transportation cancellation.
